Preparation

Note from Ricardo

This pizza dough recipe is very simple and only takes 10 minutes to prepare. I make mine in the food processor, but it is not essential to do so. If you don’t have a food processor, make a well in the flour and salt and pour the liquid into the centre. Working with your fingers, gradually mix the dry ingredients into the liquid. It is important is to obtain a soft dough and to let it rise in a warm, humid place. I turn on my oven light and let the dough rise in the oven.
